How to Reserve Trip?
All bookings are made with Asian Hiking Team Pvt. Ltd. based at Thamel, Kathmandu, Nepal. Trip is reference to as Company in booking conditions. We take your reservation to join an Asian Hiking Team trip seriously. Our Booking process will require some extra time and paperwork from you, but this helps us do a better job screening our Clients and insuring that we get on a program that fits their experience and expectations. Submit the Personal Registration Form and supporting materials (Passport copy and Passport size Picture) in order to apply for and reserve an Asian Hiking Team program.
If you are UNDER THE AGE OF 18 (Note: only for Peak climbing and expedition): you must be accompanied on the climb by a parent or legal guardian and both you and your parent or legal guardian must sign ALL FORMS.
PASSPORT AND PHOTO: For Asian Hiking Team programs, we need a high quality copy of the first two pages of your passport and Passport size Picture; showing the full name, signature, date of birth, passport number. Please make sure that your passport is valid for at least 6 months after the trip to avoid visa problems. Copy of Passport and passport size picture (scan) send by email. PAYMENT INFORMATION: Asian Hiking Team does not accept a part of trip fee at the end of your trip. All the trip fees are required to be fully paid before your trip start. You need to pay 25 percent down payment of the total price for advance flight tickets and hotel booking and permit process. Payments are wired by bank transfer, credit card, western union, money grams. Please, use any ways of transfer according to your convenience. As regards to the rest of your trip fees, you pay after your arrival in Kathmandu. Wired information will be provided upon request or click here.
PERSONAL INSURANCE and TRAVEL ARRANGEMENTS:
We expect clients to be in good health and possess the physical fitness level required for their particular program. Consult with your doctor. All customers are required to carry approved travel insurance that includes medical evacuation, repatriation and medical expenses for the duration of their program. Especially for Climbers (use of ropes, crampons, ice axe, etc) must have a plan that covers technical, high-altitude mountaineering.
