Pancha Pokhari is a holy sacred lake for Buddhist and Hindu. Trekking in Panch Pokhari is just northeast of Kathmandu toward a snow wall and west of Rolwaling Himal. It is a pilgrimage place for Hindus, and it has five holy ponds at the height of, 4100 m. Panch Pokhari trek offers cultural Tamag heritage, unsurpassed beauty and biological diversity. Panch Pokhari trekking is a non-tourist trekking trail in Nepal.
Since Panch pokhari trekking trail has been open, Asian Hiking Team emphasis to operate the trekking in this area as it less crowded /non-tourist trekking trail in Nepal. As Panch Pokhari trekking trail doesn’t have tea house facilities so that we organize tent camping, our expert trekking cook will prefer the different type of food, our sherpa takes care of your tent, our porter carries all the meals. It is very wonderful trekking with a company. We look after social impact while operating the camping trek in Nepal.
Panch Pokhari trekking begins from Chautara after driving 5–6 hours from Kathmandu. It observes the different ways of life, culture and comes in contact with the people in the small village, passing through the dense forests and meadows. The top of Panch Pokhari (5 lakes) offers an excellent view of Gauri Shanker, Dorje lakpa, Langtang Himalaya range, Jugal Himal range, Rolwaling range, etc. We end our trek in Melamchi then drive to Kathmandu 3-4 hours.
Day 01: Drive to Chautara (1,450m), overnight tented camp.
Day 02: Chautara to Sano Okhareni (1,965m), overnight tented camp.
Day 03: Sano Okhareni to Kami Kharka (2,810m), overnight tented camp.
Day 04: Kami Kharka to Pauwa Bas (3,000m), overnight tented camp.
Day 05: Pauwa Bas to Hille Bhanjyang (3,400m), overnight tented camp.
Day 06: Hille Bhanjyang to Narsim Pati (3,700m), overnight tented camp.
Day 07: Narsim Pati to Panch Pokhari (4,100m), overnight tented camp.
Day 08: Explore the Panch Pokhari Top and Tupi Danda (2,320 m), overnight tented camp.
Day 09: Tupi Danda to Dhap (1,200m), overnight tented camp.
Day 10: Rest day and explore the unique culture, overnight tented camp..
Day 11: Dhap to Melamchi (800m), overnight tented camp.
Day 12: Melamchi to Kathmandu (1320m), overnight at hotel.
The cost is depending on group size, affected due to the requirement of number of guides and porters, requisite of Hotel in Kathmandu, method of land/air transport. The itinerary is changeable and modifiable as per needs and time frame of trekkers. Cost will be re calculated if the itinerary is changed or modified. Notes: Payment should be made 25 % of total amount in advance. Full amount must be paid before your trip starts.
Cancellation should be made 48 hours before departure and 25% cancellation charge is applicable beside Tax, transportation, permits and others fixed expensive.
In case of incomplete Trekking / Tour / Rafting / Climbing / Expedition / Jungles safari / or others days due to the client own problem, the amount of money paid not refundable.
If clients want to go Trekking / Tour / Rafting / Climbing / Expedition / Jungles safari / or others tours more than itinerary, they can pay after back from tour with per day basic but should be permission with Tour guide / Leader.
