Payment Details

The Asian Hiking Team does not accept a part of the trip fee at the end of your trip. All the trip fees are required to be fully paid before your trip starts. You need to pay 20 percent down payment of the total price for advance flight tickets, hotel booking and permit process. Payments are wired by bank transfer, or credit card, or Western Union, or money grams. Please, use any ways of transfer according to your convenience. As regards to the rest of your trip fees, you pay after your arrival in Kathmandu.

Note: After the COVID-19 problems from direct credit card to us service (Option B) is close. BUT no worry, if you prefer to pay by credit card to our account is possible. It is also possible some money transfer has transfer from your credit card to our bank account directly, such as Western Union, wise.com, zoom.com etc. 

Option C.) Payment by WESTERN UNION or other money transfer agencies.

Please find the Western Union Agent location nearby, fill in the money order. When you use money transfer or Western Union, please use our NRS account Nepali Account No. : 13201050020916 (all bank name, swift no and address are same).

Send the money transfer form scan or fax OR email us the Transfer Control Number to us.

Usually it only takes about 30 minutes to receive the money after you transfer it. After we get it, we will email you back confirming it soon.
