Asian Hiking Team awarded by NMA 2023

Nepal Mountaineering Association (NMA) has distribution Letter of Appreciation Awards top 10 trekking agency among the Resource Members in contributing first highest service charge by issuing climbing permit for NMA 27 peaks. Asian Hiking Team was awarded by Nepal Mountaineering Association (NMA) as being 6th Position among the Resource Members issuing the climbing permit for NMA peaks in the fiscal year 2079/2080 on 31 August 2023 at Alice Receptions, Kathmandu.

On the occasion of 33 Annual General Meeting is chaired by NMA president Nima Nuru Sherpa, Chef Guest Hon'ble Deputy Prime Minister and Home Minister Narayan Kaji Shrestha, Ministry of Culture, Tourism and Civil Aviation, Honorable Minister Sudan Kirati, and HAN, TAAN, NATA, VITOF, summiteers, and many others organization president are present as guest.

Inaugurating the 33rd general assembly of the Nepal Mountaineering Association (NMA), Chef Guest Hon'ble Deputy Prime Minister and Home Minister Narayan Kaji Shrestha, Ministry of Culture, Tourism and Civil Aviation, Honorable Minister Sudan Kirati, and NMA president hand-over the awards to Team Leader of Asian Hiking Team, “Mr. Suman Neupane”.

It is with great pleasure that Asian Hiking Team collected royalties to the nation for promoting the Peak climbing in Nepal. I respect those mountain leaders/Guides/Staffs who are involved in our beloved team to succeed in climbing their belief that an informed select is the cornerstone of our awards, said Suman, Team Leader at Asian Hiking Team. The award encourage us more responsibility, climbing security and accountability.

The event was attended by more than 3000 national and international submitters, climbers, guides, Expedition operators, climbing inspectors, icefall doctors, government secretary and general member of NMA.
